HAZARDOUS LOCATION EQUIPMENT: CNG, GRAIN HANDLING
Electrical engineering of new test bay for CNG equipment manufacturer.
Electrical design of CNG compression equipment to dispense a large volume of compressed natural gas for vehicle fueling or transport by mobile CNG trailer and on-site commissioning of CNG equipment.
AUTOMATION
One of several industrial mixers with specialized process control to handle the combining of challenging materials. Completed electrical design, drafting, and PLC programs with varying parameters and HMI to suit each mixer. Included operators manual for proper usage and care.
Custom Siemens PLC HMI and control design for market ready product. Executed customer vision for an interface that matches company aesthetic and allows for easy to learn operator control.
Electrical control design and drafting for wave machine prototype. Careful design considerations taken to ensure safety of potential customers while meeting client specs.
PANEL AND CABLE DESIGN
CABLE ROUTING
One of many electrical panels our team has designed. Panel designs done in both AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Panel layout for industrial mixer. Project included electrical design (with schematics and panel layout) and control design (including PLC and HMI programming).
Example cable harness modelled in SolidWorks for large American company. Project included harness design and modelling as well as cable routing throughout entire large-scale SolidWorks model of machine to be included in operations manual.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTING
Most of our clients have required electrical schematic drawing packages including single line diagrams, AC and DC schematics, panel layout, network drawings, BOMs, and cable schedules. We are licensed for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical, but also use SolidWorks Electrical and others as client system’s require.
Some clients have requested an assessment of their current electrical system and a single line diagram representation of it to meet certain requirements or to evaluate available power on site or future power needs.

TOWER CRANE PANEL AND SCHEMATIC REVIEW DRAFTING UPDATES AND STAMPING
