Nicole Schurink
Project Manager | Electrical & Mechatronics Design Lead
Nicole leads projects at BALODEV and handles much of our electrical and mechanical design work. Trained in mechatronics, with a BSc in Physics, she works across disciplines: electrical schematics, 3D panel layouts and cable routing, PLC and HMI programming, and mechanical design in SolidWorks. Her experience ranges from prototype machines and package sorting systems to research equipment, and she enjoys taking a rough concept to a design that’s ready to build. As project manager, she’s also your day-to-day contact, keeping scope, schedule and drawings on track.
